so i got back from vaca a couple weeks back & although i was sad that i couldn't use my ultimate sunshine bag: my louis vuitton multicolor speedy 30, while traveling the entire trip, i used my other most favorite (for now) bag: rebecca minkoff morning after bag in black basketweave.

the love/hate relationship.

why oh why can't my 2 dogs just get along? is it the clash of breeds? sometimes they are so nasty with eachother it's scary. my 1.5 yr old chihuahua (memphis) will look like he's about to shred my 5 yr old lhasa apso (dakota lynn) if she gets too close to his rawhide, favorite toy or his bed!

i miss the days when my lil' chihuahua wasn't so vicious!

here are their "moments":

in the beginning, they used to take naps together...

& for the most part they still do...



but sometimes dakota throws a fit & wants to stay as far away from memphis as she can by wedging herself behind their toybox, next to my bookcase, so memphis canNOT get near her.

now... "love" again...

& "hate" memphis is beating up dakota..

& the last time i brought both with me out of town, dakota needed alone time from memphis, going inside her crate, free of will instead of sniffing/playing around hotel room...

as memphis looked on - dakota didn't even want to join him on the pull out sofa!

wouldn't she want to take advantage of being able to use the hotel bed since i don't let her

sleep in my bed at home?!

that is how much HATE can be between them...

finally, memphis is just so sad that dakota won't come out of her crate!

you all know (well most of u do) that i am a fan of josh hartnett & especially most of the movies he's in, however, i am not a fan of a man wearing jewelry: such as all those rappers who wear all the bling & chains around their neck.
i know that everyone has their own preferences on what type of men they're into, but this is my blog & this is my opinion:

1. no man should wear jewelry other than a wedding band & watch. no nose, lip, brow or tongue ring.

2. if they feel so religious they'd want a protective chain around their neck or something with a religious symbol but it's underneath their shirt, i can respect that.

3. i don't like tattoos on a man, no, not even if it has my initials in it. i just think tats are gross. but i won't judge a man souly on a tattoo, i mean, if there is a good man i bump into that happens to have a tat hidden somewhere & is not somewhere completely visible, than i can deal.
-but to have it all over your arm, all over your neck? i dunno. first of all, i wouldn't even go for those types.

4. i hate it when a man SMOKES or chews. eww.

5. and please, a man bag? unless it's got gym clothes & sneakers in it or is a carry on for travel? men should NOT carry bags! period. and that's all i'm gonna say about it.

any advice for me here? HELP!

this is where memphis goes potty at his potty station: livingroom/nook area

so memphis, my chihuahua is 1 1/2 years old now. he is fully potty trained, only goes on the pads. but my gawsh, according to what my cousins say about how much they spend on their babies diapers per month, i'm spending as much as a mother for her child...but on puppy pads!

i restock biweekly at target or walmart, whichever store is convenient the day i run errands & these suckers (puppy pads) are about $15-$17 per pack for 30 pads!

that's two weeks worth.

petedge is so0o much cheaper for pup/dog essentials...it's like a costco for pets!

but still. i need to get memphis off the puppy pads, but he is too afraid to go outside to potty like my lhasa apso does.. i feel so sad for him i can't force him!

he looks so fragile & devastated when i try to take him out.. so then i don't pressure him.
help!

it's costing me money that could go towards travel or a future louis vuitton & rebecca minkoff handbag or small leather goods purchase from both brands! ouch.

til i get someone's advice, in the meantime it's petedge for me!
