AK modern: san jose state's dance troop/team/group..

ten's in it (melissaashlee). she works at a med clinic, goes to school full time (wants to be a pediatrician w/minor in sports medicine), gets amazing grades, practices with her dance team several nights a week - sometimes til 1am, performs often, still has time for social life (parties + bf). how does she do it!? ten's my cousinhero :) love u forever. <3

so, it's sometimes overwhelming to see (so many dancers on stage at once), but they do many transitions with the song mashups. melissa is in & out.

*spy her? 2:24 is the best song/dance transition (imo) & at 3:04, she's the one that walks from the back to front, with her red vans :D *

well, there's a lot to be missed when you pass up the san jose art museum, despite how boring it may have been the last time around (they change their exhibits often)..

but this is as far as we got during our little get together.. chicktucky (i'll tell the tale i found out later) to the san jose museum of art when my sis & cousins visited moi for the week. now i wish i had taken them INSIDE because i had such a blast the other day w/s :(

it's great to picnic here sometimes. tons of benches to relax, beautiful trees and shade. sometimes people rollerblade, bike & jog throughout park.

my cousins & lil sis keep me forever 9.
when there's a family get together & i'm around them, suddenly the world doesn't seem so horrible, or life as stressful.
while my little [half] sister sometimes acts as though she's 21, i sometimes think i'm trapped in a woman's body because i'm mentally aged 9.
strange isn't it.

our future.

only time will tell what they'll be & where they'll be in the future. *sighh* i miss my lil' cousins, godSon & lil' sis. can't wait to go back to SOCAL for another visit <3

i wonder: will one of 'em turn out to be the next einstein, or the next russian dancer's muse of lyricism: tamara platonovna karsavina, pictured below? or the next football & basketball legend? hrrRmm. exciting!
